Head to Toe Angie's
When I first started to re-collect Dawn I came across quite a few HTT Angie Jumpsuits, though I never thought I would get a HTT Angie. I had a couple of nice ones too so I would send them to friends, so they can upgrade theirs, and they would send me the fix'em up ones, quite a few went around as temporary's LOL! This is one that had been around, and Mare just sent it back as she found a better one (thanks Mare!), I was so happy, because ever since I got my first HTT Angie I could not find this outfit! (That figures) Anyway this outfit's zig zag top was almost all gone. (that is why it was a temporary fix for so many!) So when I got it back, I was also lucky that I had a spare Zig Zag Dazzler that had terrible sleeves. I was able to remove the old HTT jumpsuit top and replace it with vintage Zig Zag Dazzler material, and here are the results! (I have to see if I do have a before picture. Her hair is in a cello wrap while it is being trained, see pictures below for what she originally looked like!
Here are my HTT Angies, both have small hard heads, Angie is My favorite of all the Dawn dolls, and That includes the HTT Versions too!
The one on the right has one of the nicest/fullest heads of hair that I have seen on a HTT Angie.
The one on the left had a strange look to her hair style, but had such a cute face (I got her in the lot I won from Italy), so I am now in the process of training her hair to the style I would like her in. She now has cello around her head which I will leave on until her hair remains in this style. The picture below is what she looked like before I placed the cello headband on her head. Yes it is the same doll, hard to believe huh?
