How your payment is calculated

For items with monthly charges, you will be charged for the number of months remaining until our yearly billing cycle - the following August. When your account renews, all add-ons you have ordered will be renewed as well, so you will be billed for your main account and additional options (if applicable) at the same time.

For example, if you have 4 months left until your account automatically renews in August, and you order something that costs $7/month (i.e.- additional web space), you will be charged $28 on your credit card. Then, the extra $7/month will be added automatically to your next term's total when your account renews. Please note that web packages and/or add-ons can be cancelled at any time and we will credit you any unused prepaid months. Be sure to contact us to receive a credit if you no longer need an add-on that you have purchased.
