Sitemouse is made available to the Olean, Bradford, and surrounding communities so that organizations and individuals who otherwise might not be able to have a website, can now have one. It is also meant for small businesses in the area that want to test a proof of concept before making a more significant investment in the Internet.

For approval of a new account, we require that you, your organization or business be within 75 miles of Olean, NY or Bradford, PA. We also require that the application be fully filled out with verifiable information. If you reside outside of the 75 mile area and feel that you still qualify for a SiteMouse account, please indicate the reason in the "How did you hear about" Section of the application. Note that we will reject any application that does not comply with these requirements.
